Blogging is about having fun, sharing your voice and making connections with others. Let’s keep it respectful and safe amigos!

1. Think before you post.  Always have your teacher review your work before making new posts.

2.  Posts and comments cannot include personal information such as:

• Last Name
• Address
• Physical description of yourself
• Team names or locations of activities
• E-mail addresses or passwords

3.You must have the photographer’s permission to include a photo on your blog.  Photos you take yourself cannot reveal your personal identity or the location of your school or home.

4. Blog posts and comments must be appropriate for school.

5. Always display your best work. Respect conventions of spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation and formatting when posting and commenting.

6. Be thoughtful and respectful when you comment on others’ posts.  Make positive comments.

7. If you receive an inappropriate comment, do not approve it or delete it. Notify your teacher immediately.
